Delivery Coverage We ship Pan-India.

Processing Time Once your order is placed and your photo/details are received, your personalized storybook takes 2–3 business days to create, illustrate, and quality-check before it ships.

Shipping Charges A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to all orders across India, regardless of order value.

Delivery Timeline After dispatch, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location, via our courier partners. You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order ships.

Order Tracking You can track your order status anytime using the tracking link sent to you, or by contacting us directly.

Delays While we do our best to meet timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to courier disruptions, natural events, or high-demand periods (festive season, etc.). We'll keep you informed if this happens.
