Refund policy
Every ByBelovd book is a one-of-a-kind, personalized creation — made specifically for your child using the details and photo you provide. Because of this, our policy works a little differently from regular products.
Personalized Products Are Non-Returnable As each storybook is custom-made based on your child's name, photo, and story details, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has begun. This is standard practice for all personalized/customized goods.
Approval Before Printing To make sure you're 100% happy with your book before it's printed, we send you a digital preview of your storybook for approval before it goes to print. Your book will only be printed and shipped after you approve the preview. This ensures there are no surprises — what you approve is exactly what you receive.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before you approve the preview.
- Once the preview is approved and the book goes into production, the order cannot be cancelled, as printing begins immediately.
Damaged or Defective Orders If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review and offer a free reprint or replacement at no additional cost — this is the only case where we replace a personalized order.
Wrong Item Received If you receive an incorrect book (not matching your approved preview), we'll fix it immediately with a free reprint.
Refund Timeline Approved refunds (for pre-production cancellations) are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
